1/17/2024 0 Comments Ps vita retroarch exit gameI should try the 1.9.10 to see if it does happen as well. I tried the non-steam version and steam version as well, doing the same thing and they suffer both from this, however it could be only for some PCs as you said johnandmegh. Perhaps some configuration or settings does conflict or something similar, i don't really know. I'm not an expert but maybe it does occur with the pcsx2 core only and ps2 games. The process disappear from the tab ''processes'' in the task manager, but it keeps running in the background in the tab ''details'' of the task manager, using still some memory (active private working set), like about 350,000 K that's about the exact same when you run a game, somehow not only retroarch keeps running but also the game seems like, judging by the memory, which is why retroarch keeps running in backround maybe. However, for some reason you can save state and close with the home menu and not lose your save state. Hardcoded controls can be configured either. Saving then closing with the menu option 'Exit Retroarch' saves the game properly. These configurations are manual edits you can make that are locked to a specific libretro core and controller. It seems to occur with the PCSX2 Core when you exit from a game, even using double esc, or from quit retroarch in the main menu. Edit: Just tested saving and closing via home menu. So I did the combo that retroarch requires you to do to pull up the quick menu but it crashed. Im running retroarch and Pokemon Emerald On it. I looked at all the settings but could not find it. I have recently hacked my PS Vita and added Homebrew. How to exit game Many here advised just to press select + start or L2 + R2 + Select + start, but it doesn’t work for me. My version of retroarch (non-steam version) is the 1.9.7, an old version with the same problem. 1 I know this is a little off topic but I cant find anyone to help me on this.
